  I absolutely love Wendy's that being said this is by far the worst Wendy's. I go out of my way and travel to cherry lane to avoid the one here in Benbrook. The staff isn't trained properly, they have no work ethic. I understand that they are mostly teenagers but if properly trained it wouldn't be so bad, but they don't care about customer service it's ridiculous. They 75% of the time screw up my order. I've even been left waiting in the drive through while they served people that came after me in the other lane. If someone is not capable of doing a job as simple as working at a fast food restaurant then they should be fired. Piss poor management if you ask me. It's sad to say but I don't see that restaurant making it unless they make some serious changes.

  Bad experience both times I've been to this location. 1st time the chicken on the grilled chicken sandwich was not a good piece. It was tough and the center wasn't done. 2nd time was yesterday at 5:10pm waited in drive thru over 3 min before they acknowledged me then said I'll be with you in a minute then another car pulled up in the other lane she told them just a min then two minutes later she comes back skips me and takes their order. I was the only one in line until she pulled up. The manager Ty (maybe 19 yrs old)was rude and unconcerned nor cared to give good customer service or make it right. I left 10 minutes later without anything except the 1-888 # for customer support that got an ear full. I won't be back for a 3rd time.

  Ignored us at the drive through. We had to drive up to the window and it was 1130 and they were already trying to close. So ignoring us on purpose then tried to say "oh sorry we just tried to close because we haven't had anyone come in a while. Employees made a big deal rolling there eyes saying I guess I'll cook something. Do your job? The manager is scatter brained. Doesn't ever know what's going on or what to do. Every time I've seen her she's gotten my order wrong. Every time I come here it's a terrible experience!!!! My friend asked for spicy nuggets she didn't want to make them so asked if she could just order something else. This staff is awful. Every time it's like pulling teeth to order my damn food and what I want.
