  My soup was filled up only half way and the sandwich was lacking. My husband went to pick up food for me and it seemed like maybe the staff didn't want to have to prep more veggies so to save them from having to do their job, they'd just skimp out on all the veggies and rationed it out. Very disappointed. I've never had a sandwich made like that before.

  Since when was the Subway Diet for the subs and not patrons. Can this place be any more understaffed at the busiest of times? Pay these guys a visit if you want to waste time and get ripped off.

  Always out of stuff. No tomatoes today. No artificial sweeteners out for tea. Only a couple of kinds of chips. Asked worker if it was owned by the same people who own one down the street that I refuse to eat at, answer was yes. Looks like Benbrook subways are off my to eat at list.

  Took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The girl who worked there did not care about being there and you could tell. She spent 10 minutes on each sandwich.. I wish I was kidding. But the vegetables looked old. She even made me the wrong sandwich I'm so angry. We will never go to that subway again. I asked for a refund and the guy who was working around the girl didn't help her at all just cut the bread and put meat in it. Than rang everyone up in line. When I asked for a refund the guy said their computer was acting strange so we couldn't get one... So now we have sandwiches we don't want to eat and are out 19 bucks.
