  What's the problem here? The drive thru rarely gets my order right. I ask for a cup of water with no ice with my order.. What do I get? A glass of ICE with a few sips of water! WTF? So after a year of this I wrote their headquarters and get NO response. Apparently they don't care.. I'm done with this establishment!

  The food is fair - for a 'fast food' place. Prices are about average. Service varies depending on the particular shift at the time the order is placed. However, if you go through the Drive-Thru, be advised that about 96 percent of the time, your order WILL be wrong. I suggest that you check your order before driving away. I've had this problem for 2 years now and don't see any improvement. After writing a letter to the Headquarters of the company, I received NO response. That was half a year ago. To me, that states that this company does NOT care about its customers..
